Cloud Security Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Google Cloud Compute Reliability and Trust team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds, and breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with leading security strategists in Cloud Security and Cloud Chief Information Security Officer to represent Cloud Compute at the Google Cloud Platform level.
- Develop relationships with regulated industries and serve as a trusted subject-matter expert on these customers and the market.
- Develop business cases and success metrics for key programs in collaboration with security partners and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
- Experience in or serving a regulated industry (e.g., Financial Services, US Public Sector, healthcare, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience in Product Management on cross-functional projects and implementation of software security features, controls, and products.
- Experience with Cloud Computing.
- Experience with Identity Access Management controls.
- Knowledge of cyber-security credentials (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent).
