* Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures for responsible sub-department.

### Resource Management

* Manage the allocation of sub-department use of materials, machinery, and workforce to optimize production efficiency.
* Ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available for sub-department production.

### Training and Development

* Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for sub-department production staff.

### Collaboration and Communication

* Inform the direct manager of any planed or unplanned leave presented during the work scheduled.
* Maintain open and constant communication about all sub-department matters with the direct manager.

### Equipment Maintenance

* Oversee routine maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and manage equipment downtime.

### Performance Metrics

* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve production performance for responsible sub-department.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Related Field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum 3-5 Years in Manufacturing or Production Environment: Demonstrates familiarity with the industry, understanding of production workflows, and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes.
* Previous Supervisory or Leadership Experience: Preferably 1-2 years, showing capability in managing teams, handling conflict resolution, and providing guidance and mentorship.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles: Practical experience in implementing lean methods, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques.
* Understanding of Quality Control Procedures: Experience in maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and addressing quality issues.
* Familiarity with Safety Standards and Regulations: Hands-on experience in enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies.
* Project Management Experience: Leading or participating in projects aimed at process improvement, new product introduction, or equipment upgrades.
* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and other departments.
* Experience with Performance Metrics and Reporting: Developing, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to measure production performance and drive improvements.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
