We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Reproductive Laboratory Specialist to join our high-volume Embryology Lab. This position operates on a full-time schedule.

Your Contributions:

We believe in going above and beyond to achieve our goals. As a Reproductive Laboratory Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, assessing, and culturing oocytes; preparing sperm and inseminating oocytes.
  • Evaluating and selecting embryos for transfer; performing embryo vitrification, storage, and warming.
  • Handling oocyte vitrification, storage, and warming processes.
  • Preparing all media utilized with human gametes.
  • Conducting diagnostic semen analyses.
  • Managing the preparation and care of gametes and embryos throughout various laboratory procedures: IVF, ICSI, VIT, ET, Thaw, and PGD.
  • Executing cryopreservation and thawing of embryos at different developmental stages.
  • Assessing fertilization and zygote quality post-insemination.
  • Documenting and reporting results accurately.
  • Performing TBSA, PESA, TESA, and TESE collections.
  • Carrying out oocyte denuding and ICSI insemination.
  • Conducting PGD biopsies.
  • Overseeing embryo discharge and storage.
  • Ensuring compliance with FDA regulations regarding donor sperm and embryo tracking.

What You Bring:

  • A relevant college degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Embryology.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver laboratory services in line with established standards.
  • Proficiency in accessing, inputting, and retrieving information using computer systems.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-standard setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
