We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to patients receiving hospice services in King County.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and incontinence care.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Meet the safety needs of patients and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Report patient conditions and significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
  • Adhere to documentation and care procedures, as well as standards of personal and professional conduct.

Requirements:

  • Current WA Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
  • Current driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification through the American Heart Association
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
