At Community Counseling Solutions, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering their success. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Oversight Coordinator to oversee our team of mental health and addiction professionals. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily supervision and guidance to assigned clinicians in the fields of mental health and addiction.
  • Plan, assign, and evaluate the clinical activities of therapists to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Implement and maintain wraparound fidelity across the agency.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health and addiction diagnosis and treatment methodologies.
  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
  • A minimum of five years of clinical service experience, with at least two years post-graduate.
  • Certification as a Mental Health Investigator or the ability to obtain it.
  • Certification as a Protective Services Investigator or the ability to obtain it.
  • If not an LPC, LCSW, or Ph.D., candidates must pursue CADC certification.
  • A valid driver's license and successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Preferred experience in a residential setting serving individuals with mental health challenges.
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination or an approved exemption upon hire.

Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $59,900 to $89,900, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K match, life insurance, generous paid time off, and support for licensure supervision.
