Job Summary:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line area, leading employees, and ensuring compliance with quality and quantity product requirements, safety issues, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the production line area and ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently
* Lead and motivate employees to achieve productivity goals and standards
* Prepare schedules for the production line and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities
* Manage changeovers in a timely manner and ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained
* Ensure the quality of the product is acceptable and meets all necessary standards
* Assist in managing raw materials used in production and ensure that all inventory is properly tracked
* Ensure that employees receive their breaks in a fair and consistent manner
* Verify the accuracy of all information on production reports
* Print stickers and labels as needed
* Assist in addressing disciplinary actions and consult with management as necessary

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in the food manufacturing/production industry
* 1 year of leadership experience preferred
* Basic computer skills required
* Knowledge of products, production equipment, and operation, packaging, GMPs, policies, and safety

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in the snack food industry

Work Location:

* Hanover, PA 17331

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift

Language:

* English (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

* Hanover, PA 17331: Relocate before starting work (required)
