Production Manager

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production process at our 900 High Street manufacturing facility in Hanover, PA. This role involves supervising two production lines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining data integrity in the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise two production lines, including processing, packaging, and finished product handling.
- Assist in month-end inventory counting and execute production demands in an efficient manner.
- Ensure production of quality product by upholding processing and packaging standards.
- Schedule personnel to meet daily production requirements and use EAM to enter work orders and track preventative maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and analyze RedZone for fryer efficiencies, quality checks, and downtime.
- Execute cycle-end inventory counting with Finance Personnel and evaluate individual performance to ensure standards are met.
- Responsible for following safety rules, addressing unsafe equipment and practices, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Requires analytical, math, and reading skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Leadership and management skills are necessary to direct the packaging departments and interface with other departments.
- Interpersonal and supervisory skills are required to lead others, and knowledge of designated packaging and processing operations is preferred.
- Moderate lifting and occasional skid pulling are required.
