HexaQuEST Global, Inc. is in search of a dedicated full-time IT Project Coordinator with a strong background in technical infrastructure and application deployment or migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of PMBoK methodologies and demonstrate independence in utilizing project management tools.

The Project Coordinator will be tasked with overseeing and synchronizing the transition of systems and services among various service providers, with support from internal experts.

Furthermore, the Coordinator will monitor and report on all facets of project activities, milestones, and performance indicators to the executive team, establishing timelines, delegating responsibilities, and tracking the project's progress.


Key Responsibilities:


The responsibilities of this role encompass project management, coordination, strategic planning, consulting, analysis, quality assurance, and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of essential services.

The Coordinator will plan, direct, organize, budget, monitor, control, evaluate, and manage the project effectively.

A bachelor's degree is required along with six (6) years of experience as a software application Project Manager, or eight (8) years of equivalent professional experience.

This role demands a candidate who can quickly acclimate and take charge of driving the project forward.

Candidates may be requested to provide examples of successful project executions during the interview process.

This position involves handling sensitive information and requires passing a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check while maintaining CJIS eligibility.
