Position Objective

The primary responsibility of the Facility Maintenance Attendant is to ensure that the premises are kept in a pristine and hygienic state, thereby improving the overall experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and associated buildings according to a schedule established by the Manager.
  • Ensure adequate supplies are available to effectively carry out assigned tasks.
  • Support customer service personnel in keeping the hospitality bar well-stocked with refreshments.
  • Be prepared to assist in various service roles as needed.
  • Provide transportation for guests and staff as required.

Required Competencies

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Work Environment

The position is set in a professional atmosphere, with potential exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery, as well as varying weather conditions and interactions with both moving and stationary aircraft.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully fulfill the essential functions of this role, including but not limited to:

  • Effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Tasks require bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing a ladder.

Position Type and Work Hours

This is a non-exempt role, which includes shift work that may require evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

Travel Requirements

Travel between company locations is anticipated for this position.

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with this being an entry-level position.
