Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and fulfill assigned maintenance requests
  • Perform routine inspections and document findings
  • Effectively manage equipment maintenance
  • Foster and maintain relationships with community personnel
  • Execute various repair tasks as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and maintenance logs
  • Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Inspect lighting, pressure wash, and carry out regular maintenance duties
  • Monitor safety measures and comply with procedures
  • Conduct assessments and report significant repairs
Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; HVAC certification may be necessary.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills: A minimum of 2 years of general experience in building maintenance or trades; strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer hardware and software is preferred.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in diverse environmental conditions, climb stairs, and operate equipment.

Working Environment: The role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
