ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our store personnel are enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. They are proactive in offering assistance, upholding high brand and operational standards, managing priorities effectively, and executing operational tasks with precision.

Additionally, they ensure that all incoming products are processed according to established protocols, maintain an organized storage area for easy access in collaboration with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead, and comply with company merchandising and presentation standards.

They also play a vital role in unloading shipments, processing freight, executing transfers, managing claims, and ensuring overall operational effectiveness. Adhering to the company's customer service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures is essential. While maintaining confidentiality, they foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels valued, secure, and respected. Being ready to assist the team in various capacities is a crucial aspect of the role. Any additional responsibilities assigned by management are also executed diligently.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer service is beneficial. The ability to lift and manage items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. frequently (up to 25 times per hour) is required.

Standing or walking for extended periods, working at heights exceeding 4 feet using appropriate equipment, and performing repetitive tasks for short durations are also integral to the role.
