Job Overview

CTTX Health is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Senior Director of Surgical Services and Anesthesia. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals for the surgical services department and anesthesia services.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the surgical services department and anesthesia services, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care and outcomes.
  • Manage department budgets, resources, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of surgical and anesthesia staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services and anesthesia.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, perioperative workflow, and anesthesia practices.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and quality improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
