We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team at the Foster Law Firm. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in preparing and maintaining legal documents, conducting research, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation and Organization: Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing exhibits, pleadings, and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on legal articles and provide analysis to support attorney preparation for trial.
  • Client Communication: Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems and provide exceptional client service.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, maintaining case files, and coordinating with process servers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting.
  • Certification: Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference.
  • Skills: Talented communicator and writer, high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills.
  • Education: Must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree desired.
