Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will utilize their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research.

• Coordinate law office activities, including drafting subpoenas and collaborating with process servers.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of a lawyer.
• Assist lawyers in preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, conducting research on legal articles, and coordinating witnesses.
• Organize and maintain case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easily accessible.
• Conduct client interviews to gather information about their legal concerns.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Preference for candidates with paralegal professional certification or advanced education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm setting under the supervision of an attorney.
