Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC is a leading vertically integrated real estate investment manager. We are seeking an experienced Property Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, enhancing property value, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of community transactions and submit reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure property rental capacity by utilizing effective marketing strategies
  • Train leasing staff in closing techniques and confirm completion of paperwork
  • Monitor traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget guidelines, and other key performance indicators
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, future residents, and internal team members
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
