Interventional Radiology Technologist

Award-winning Avera McKennan Hospital seeks a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing specialized procedures using sterile techniques and advanced equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of complex specialized tasks, including vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including an Endovascular Surgery trained Vascular Neurologist, Advanced Practice Provider, and Registered Nurses.
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training to develop your skills and expertise.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence in patient care.

- A wide range of neuro interventions, from diagnostic cerebral angiograms to advanced endovascular interventions.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or hospital-based Radiologic Technology Program.
- ARRT (R) registered or RCIS certification within 60 days of completing an accredited program.
- Signature of NRC Confirmatory Order Communication.
Varied shifts, including 7:00am-5:00pm, with weekend/holiday/call involvement. Every 3rd weekend on call, with on-call pay.
