About the Role

Award-winning Avera McKennan Hospital seeks a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing specialized procedures using sterile techniques and advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of complex specialized tasks, including vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
  • Operate radiographic equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or hospital-based Radiologic Technology Program.
  • ARRT (R) registered or RCIS certification within 60 days of completing an accredited program.
  • Signature of NRC Confirmatory Order Communication.
Work Schedule

Varied shifts, including 7:00am-5:00pm, with weekend/holiday/call involvement. Every 3rd weekend on call, with on-call pay.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $48.00 per hour, with the actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
