The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitating accurate financial reporting. This position involves collaboration with the Regional Controller and oversight of the Accounting Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed analyses and reports as requested by the Regional Controller
  • Execute the monthly closing process, including journal entries and management of fixed assets
  • Reconcile discrepancies in work orders and support audit processes
  • Stay informed about advancements in accounting practices
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the Accounting team and share expertise with colleagues
  • Manage and uphold certificates of insurance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in team management, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with general ledger systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting and knowledge of intercompany transactions is preferred

Preferred Credentials:

  • CMA Certification and experience with JDE software

Compensation: $100,000 - $118,000
