We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Resident to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to determine client needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Approved by the Virginia State Board as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
