Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, quote requests, and service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product knowledge, and order processing gaps.
  • Interact with National Account Managers to promote sales solutions, account retention, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Communicate customer concerns to management to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Utilize 3rd party purchasing portals and work with the Credit and ITB2B Teams to minimize invoice rejections.
  • Remain up-to-date with Enterprise functions and resources to provide excellent customer service.
  • Build internal and external customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in systems used by the Representative, Customer Care various roles, such as AS/400, Oceana, and the MSC website.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write standard business English.
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish or French) desired.
  • General knowledge of the industrial supply industry desired.
