Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Manage medication schedules and monitor consumption.
- Offer companionship, emotional encouragement, and engage clients in various activities.
- Prepare healthy meals, oversee fluid intake, and assist with dining needs.
- Conduct light cleaning duties, laundry, and uphold a tidy living space.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Ensure the client's safety and comfort during transportation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant caregiving credential.
