As a Child Interventionist, you will work directly with children to develop essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. You will also work with families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Our mission is to deliver ABA treatment in partnership with families to foster a more joyous life. You will have the opportunity to grow to become an RBT and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst with guidance and subsidies from BE. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a positive attitude and strong people skills. Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods of time.
