Job Title: Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a temp to hire opportunity with one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Summary:

Maintain and repair equipment in the Distribution Department to ensure uninterrupted operating capability. Provide project support as required. Implement modifications and maintain documentation for all equipment. Ensure compliance on hazardous material controls and procedures. Assist in training of operators in maintaining equipment. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment.
  • 2-year technical degree preferred.
  • Must have formal training in electrical theory.
  • Must be able to work safely with electricity.
  • Experience or exposure on continuous production line or distribution material handling equipment.
  • Exposure with PLC's a plus and reading electrical schematics.
Requirements:

This position is recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
