As a Teller at OnPoint Community Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding member experiences, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and promoting our financial services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional member service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
  • Perform and document over-the-counter transactions, including cash handling and negotiable items.
  • Understand and determine the acceptability of member identification and negotiable items.
  • Identify and address member questions and concerns, offering solutions and promoting cross-sales opportunities.
  • Assist with lobby management, ensuring members are helped in a timely manner and feel welcome.
  • Maintain cash drawers and balances within established guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Management Team.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 6-12 months prior experience in a financial institution, retail sales, or customer service role with cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual skills highly desired.
