Child Psychologist Specialist in Integrated Primary Care
7 days ago
Cleveland Clinic, a renowned academic medical center, is seeking a highly skilled Child Psychologist to join its Division of Psychology in the Department of Pediatric Behavioral Health and Neurosciences. As a specialist in Integrated Primary Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients across our region.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of psychologists and clinicians who share your commitment to providing exceptional care. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that works collaboratively to deliver sustainable models of integrated pediatric primary care. With over 35,000 pediatric patients on your panel, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on their lives.
As a leader in this field, you will supervise and lead a small group of masters-level behavioral health providers in Integrated Primary Care. Your responsibilities will include warm hand-offs, brief screening/assessment and triage, brief outpatient treatment, and targeted group treatment for behavior management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical specialty in other areas, should you wish to do so.
Working at Cleveland Clinic also offers opportunities in program development and implementation, as well as teaching learners from various health disciplines. You may also participate in our APA-accredited Psychology Residency Program and contribute to research initiatives. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available through the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
We value diversity and aim to create an inclusive work environment where all members are respected for their contributions. We believe that a diverse team makes us stronger and more resilient, enabling us to better meet the varied needs of our patients and their families.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Doctorate in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology, with APA-approved internship, licensure in Ohio, and at least one year of post-doctoral experience in a clinical child or pediatric psychology setting. Specific training in Integrated Primary Care is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Our benefits package includes excellent medical, dental, vision coverage, comprehensive disability and life insurance benefits, and generous time away coverage. We also offer highly competitive retirement plans, academic appointments, and relocation expenses for applicable candidates.
