Role Overview:
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various departments, clients, and stakeholders to gather and document processes and workflows. You will identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to laboratory teams regarding the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and its associated processes, including troubleshooting and training.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure laboratory needs are met.
  • Offer recommendations for system evolution based on thorough understanding of user requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on current and potential system functionalities.
  • Develop detailed specifications for the implementation of new features and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Coordinate testing of system modifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with laboratory and engineering teams to meet client and laboratory needs.
  • Research and analyze issues related to processes and systems.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for LIS-related inquiries and assist laboratory personnel with system-related questions.
  • Monitor and manage consult cases as requested.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Medical Systems, Histology, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
