Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Actalent. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient interviews to gather health history and document patient charts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations
Initiate follow-up care and instruct patients on healthcare issues as needed
Assess and triage patients as they present, either by telephone or in person
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a primary care setting preferred
Registered Nurse License - NYS
CPR Certification from the AHA, ARC, or National CPR Association
