We have a huge event rental inventory - and we are always adding to that inventory. We also build custom creations for special events, and produce all kinds of solutions as needed for our customers.

Our team is passionate about creating unforgettable events, and we're seeking a skilled Greenhouse Horticulture Specialist to join us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our plant inventory, ensuring that our plants are healthy, thriving, and ready for use in our events. This role involves working closely with our event designers and coordinators to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality plants that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Care and maintenance of tropicals, houseplants, and other ornamental plants
• Prepping, beautifying, cleaning, and potting plants for rentals/sales
• Floral and decor work, including planting and harvesting flowers, grasses, and other ornamentals
• General weeding, caring for plants, pest control, and other related tasks

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with our team members and clients. You must also be willing to work outside/inside and in various environments as needed, and be available for company travel when required.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
