Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the City of Augusta, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to passengers, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive image of the airport.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist passengers with ticketing, baggage handling, and general inquiries, ensuring that they have a positive experience at the airport.
  • Perform ramp duties such as marshaling aircraft and loading/unloading baggage and freight, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor unicom and radio equipment to communicate with aircraft crew, tower, and ground personnel.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience utilizing customer service skills and computer knowledge.
  • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds comfortably.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
