Agricultural Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

About J-U-B ENGINEERS
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Engineer to join our Kennewick, Washington office as a Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide design services for civil projects including irrigation, river intakes, lagoons, dams, and small public water systems within southeastern Washington and surrounding region.
- Play a key role in all phases of project development, design, and construction.
- Analyze engineering data, prepare plans and specifications, and make sound engineering decisions to solve client challenges.
- Collaborate with our Kennewick Ag Group on design and construction projects for our clients.
- Collaborate with government agencies for permits, reviews, and other necessary requirements.
- Organize and conduct meetings with consulting partners, contractors, clients, and agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in Washington or Oregon.
- 5-10+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Agricultural design and construction experience (i.e. irrigation pipes, pumps, lagoons, screens).
- Strong communication and writing skills.

The estimated salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, determined by experience.
