Key Responsibilities
The LPN will be responsible for:

  • Delivering patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Assisting in outpatient care and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines.
  • Monitoring patient conditions and responding effectively to emergencies.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to communicate treatment plans and patient education.
  • Utilizing specialized medical equipment and performing various clinical procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment in line with health regulations.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
  • A minimum of one year of recent nursing experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
  • Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
