This external sales role focuses on promoting and selling Full-Service Lease contracts and Daily Rentals of commercial vehicles to businesses, targeting financial and operational leaders. Core Responsibilities and Performance Indicators:
  • Engages in daily prospecting through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Identifies and generates qualified leads for FSL and Rental services.
  • Conducts in-depth interviews with potential clients to uncover business opportunities.
  • Submits 2 new FSL proposals weekly, aiming for a 35% success rate.
  • Submits 2 new Rental proposals weekly, also targeting a 35% success rate.
  • Maintains relationships with clients and prospects through timely and effective communication.
  • Possesses basic mathematical skills to perform calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Capable of computing rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpreting graphical data.
  • Understands fundamental financial concepts, including income statements, residual values, depreciation, and amortization.
  • Able to assess and comprehend equipment costs, residuals, and payment structures.
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates the ability to navigate uncertainty through attentive listening.
  • Capable of managing a complex sales process that involves multiple stakeholders and various points of contact.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to convey intricate topics clearly and succinctly.
  • Maintains a high level of responsiveness to both internal and external communications.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (8 years).
  • Proven experience in lead generation through face-to-face, telephone, and email methods.
  • Experience in developing opportunities from sales leads.
  • Background in selling service agreements and/or financial products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Transportation Professional designation.
