Job Title: Light Commercial Sales General Manager

Carrier is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Light Commercial Sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and margin expansion through our distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute distribution channel management plans to support sales growth and margin expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of combined work experience in sales, product management, engineering, and/or marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ~2 Step Distribution Process Experience
  • ~ Light Commercial Sales Experience (i.e. Rooftop HVAC Units)
  • Strong Executive Presence and ability to coherently engage with client and Carrier C-suite Executives to help make business decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with both external customers and across functional teams of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates
