Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Concrete Pump Partners.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our heavy fleet and passenger equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, engines, electrical systems, air conditioning, and transmissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of heavy fleet and passenger equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
  • Perform fabrication and welding tasks as needed
  • Ensure timely repair and maintenance of equipment in a safe and productive manner
  • Properly report all maintenance work performed on maintenance reports
  • Transport vehicles from the shop to plants and vice versa
  • Report any maintenance problems to the manager
  • Utilize downtime to maintain a clean work area and assist with daily cleaning of the shop and yard
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding truck status and any other pertinent information
Requirements

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair is preferred.
