About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization and Training Lead to join our team at Mark Spain Real Estate. As a key player in driving sales team success, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs to enhance sales agent performance and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Enhancement
    • Design and deliver targeted training initiatives, including onboarding, sales skills development, and performance optimization programs to improve sales agent effectiveness.
  • Coaching and Development
    • Provide expert coaching and mentoring to sales agents, focusing on performance improvement, goal achievement, and career development through regular check-ins, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and evaluate sales agent performance, providing actionable feedback, setting performance goals, and tracking progress against established targets.
  • Process Excellence
    • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales organization, collaborating with leadership to design and implement data-driven solutions, enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales leadership to align training and performance initiatives with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Foster a culture of high-performance sales agents who consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive significant improvements in sales conversion rates, closing unit outcomes, and overall sales productivity.
  • Develop and implement targeted training programs to ensure new agents meet performance expectations within established timeframes.
  • Enhance sales agent retention, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive annual salary: $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience, plus bonus tied to performance and retention.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance after 30 days and 401K participation after six months.
Requirements:
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a state Real Estate license.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and training expertise.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales environments and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
