Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Lead position at 24HR Safety, LLC. is a critical role that oversees the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role, with a strong background in inventory control and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Supervise and train staff on warehouse operations, including safety procedures and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory management and shipping processes.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- The employee will be required to sit in a retail area with frequent temperature changes.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5pm
