Culinary Arts Program Lead

We are looking for an experienced and passionate culinary educator to lead our culinary arts program at Helms College. As a Program Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our program and contribute to the growth of our students and the culinary industry.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of instructors, developing curriculum, and implementing effective teaching methods to ensure student success. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain the high standards of our program.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of instructors and contributing to the development of curriculum
- Implementing effective teaching methods to ensure student success
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement effective programs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position in the food service industry
- A current certification through the American Culinary Federation
