Regal Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Manager to join our team. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the theatre, including managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and theatre operations.
• Theatre Maintenance: Ensure the theatre is clean and well-maintained, including performing minor repairs and maintaining equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting and thanking guests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Financial Management: Manage theatre finances, including counting and depositing receipts, and reconciling accounts.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, including ensuring guest safety and preventing loss.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase theatre attendance and revenue.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to employment, health and safety, and finance.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Two years of management or supervisory experience required; experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of theatre operations and management.

The Theatre Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise and crowds. The ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time is required.
