  • Prioritize patient care based on essential patient needs and available resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care given and patient progression toward outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and excellent communication skills. They must possess a current RN license in the state of Connecticut and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in acute care settings.
