Job Summary

Anistar Technologies is seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to install and service access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems.

This role involves leading teams or crews in the installation and implementation of new equipment, as well as performing service and repairs on existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IP-based systems, software such as Software House, S2, and Avigilon, and a state alarm license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure access control, intrusion alarm, and closed circuit television systems.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment and devices associated with security systems.
  • Perform upgrades and additions to systems to increase functionality and usability.
  • Coordinate with administration and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
  • Read and understand technical documents, drawings, and prints to install equipment correctly.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to think on feet.
  • Experience with IP-based systems and software such as Software House, S2, and Avigilon.
  • State alarm license preferred.
