Participate in the integration of manufacturing technologies with existing systems to optimize production workflows. Evaluate current manufacturing processes and provide insights for future improvements. Develop and implement training programs for staff on the effective use of manufacturing equipment. Identify and escalate potential risks and operational challenges to management. Offer support during the implementation of new manufacturing solutions. Deliver presentations to diverse audiences in various settings. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for internal teams and external partners. Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in conducting virtual meetings is preferred. Analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis are advantageous.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering roles. Familiarity with manufacturing systems and safety protocols is a plus. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Experience in leading or participating in remote collaboration is desirable.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires compliance with all credentialing standards and policies.

Travel Expectations:

This position may require travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.

Work Environment:

The role involves frequent travel and primarily operates from a remote office setting. This position is largely sedentary, utilizing standard office equipment.

The incumbent may work remotely from various locations, excluding specific states.
