Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Downey, California.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction, and develop effective plans to restore patients' abilities.
- Administer and prescribe modalities and exercise programs to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families to promote healthy habits and self-management.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree.
- Current Physical Therapist License (California) or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- National Provider Identifier required.
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required.
