**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
* Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
* Communicate and coordinate with patient's physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.
* Daily documentation in EMR.
* Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations.
* Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
* Maintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure that patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in health-related field
* Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Valid state License
* Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
