Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement detailed treatment plans for patients
* Communicate with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care
* Document patient progress in our electronic medical record system
* Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations
* Evaluate and report on patients' progress
* Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
* Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
Qualifications:
* Valid state license
* Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
* New Grads welcome to apply
* Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines
* Ability to delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians
* Ability to maintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met
* Ability to help patients regain control of their lives and independence
* Ability to create an environment and culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
* Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Experience:
* Not required but considered
* Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure), certification, or registration (per state requirements), current and in good standing
