Job Summary
As a Hospice Clinical Nurse Supervisor RN at AccentCare, Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional patient care in our Inpatient Center. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Center, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of patients and their families.
  • Foster a culture of quality, safety, and excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop staff, promoting professional growth and advancement within the organization.
