Job Title: Child Protective Investigations Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of child abuse and neglect
  • Collaborate with families, community resources, and law enforcement to develop and implement effective safety plans
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and community partners
  • Enter accurate and timely documentation into our Information Management Protecting Adults and Children System
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Mastery of child development principles and knowledge of family dynamics
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
