Front Desk Nighttime Manager

This role involves working as a guest service representative and manager on duty during nighttime hours, ensuring that all guest needs are met and resolved promptly. As a Nighttime Guest Service Representative, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, identifying and reporting any hazards or concerns.
- Balance all receipts and work performed during the audit shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall guest experience.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
