Position Title:
Case Manager

Position Type:
Part Time; 20 hours per week; availability on weekends as required

Southern Ocean County, NJ

Department:
Arrive Together

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with designated Ocean County Police Departments throughout the week.
2. Accept and assess referrals from participating municipal law enforcement agencies.
3. Conduct needs assessments and provide brief case management services.
4. Assist in data collection and perform statistical analysis.
5. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Conduct community outreach initiatives independently and collaboratively.
7. Maintain accurate information and data spreadsheets.
8. Coordinate and consult with law enforcement personnel and command staff.
9. Complete necessary documentation and communicate effectively with program staff.
10. Participate in law enforcement meetings and educational sessions.
11. Provide co-response services in the community alongside law enforcement officers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- Experience in substance abuse treatment.
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
