Responsibilities- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking and inventory management
- Operate digital image scanning equipment to capture images and generate associated text, following established scanning and quality control procedures
- Conduct quality checks and audits to verify electronic images and correct any scanning malfunctions
- Assist with various clerical tasks, including filing, faxing, scanning, sorting, typing, and copying
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all records, maintaining a secure and organized environment
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials, including those specific to the mailroom
- Previous experience in an administrative or mailroom role is preferred
- Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in Outlook or similar software for email, calendar, and document management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with clients and guests in a professional manner
