Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking and inventory management
  • Operate digital image scanning equipment to capture images and generate associated text, following established scanning and quality control procedures
  • Conduct quality checks and audits to verify electronic images and correct any scanning malfunctions
  • Assist with various clerical tasks, including filing, faxing, scanning, sorting, typing, and copying
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all records, maintaining a secure and organized environment
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials, including those specific to the mailroom
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or mailroom role is preferred
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment
  • Proficiency in Outlook or similar software for email, calendar, and document management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with clients and guests in a professional manner
