The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $58,880 to $69,144, depending on experience and location. Job Description
We are seeking a Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care and support to patients in their homes, focusing on maintaining their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and at least six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing situations.
